Can I cancel/modify my order?

Orders placed before 2 PM CT (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same business day, so cancellation or modification may not be possible once the order enters processing. If your order is urgent, or you need to make a change, contact WPS Antennas immediately at (877) 594-5766. Orders placed after 2 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays are scheduled to ship the next business day, giving a slightly larger window for modifications.

What is your shipping policy?

WPS Antennas ships with UPS and USPS, offering multiple delivery options. Standard US Mail shipping starts at $4.95, and final shipping costs are based on actual weight or dimensional weight.
Orders received by 2 PM CT usually ship the same business day. Weather-related or natural-disaster delays may affect UPS, USPS, and FedEx; these delays are outside of WPS’s control and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Most items are in stock and ship quickly, though some orders may ship from suppliers or alternate warehouses and may require an additional day.

International customers, including Canada, are welcome to order, but duties/customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. International USPS shipments have no tracking or insurance, so UPS is recommended if guaranteed delivery is required.

How can I get a discount?

Can I return my order?

Yes — WPS Antennas offers a 30-day return policy with no restocking fees as long as the product meets their return criteria.
To return an item, you must request an RMA number by phone or email. Returns must:

Be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear.

Be in original product packaging, uncut and unmodified, with UPCs intact (except for Wilson products, which have different packaging rules).

Be returned within 30 days via a traceable shipping method.

Include all components, manuals, and warranty cards.

Be packed securely inside a shipping carton (not the product box itself).

Installed items, software, headsets, data products, special orders, and custom/value-added items are non-returnable.
Refused orders incur a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping.

When can I expect my order?

If your order is placed before 2 PM CT (Monday–Friday), it typically ships the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM CT or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Domestic delivery times depend on the shipping service you select (UPS or USPS), and weather-related delays may occur. Most products are kept in stock and ship quickly, but rare cases may require an extra day if the item ships from a supplier’s warehouse.

International orders may also require an extra processing day.

WPS Antennas offers trade pricing for dealers, integrators, and high-volume buyers. Discounts may vary depending on product category and order size. Trade pricing typically provides reduced per-unit costs compared to retail prices and may also offer improved margins for resellers.
